heart of downtown Monroe, NC.
Connecting Futures is
committed to serving the needs of the youth within our
community, with safe, positive role models who will offer
support, guidance and friendship.
Connecting Futures is
also determined to continue to provide successful programs
that reach the heart of our youth to help encourage positive
outcomes.
Our programs
and services are designed to encourage personal development
of youth/young adults we serve. We believe that all youth
deserve a chance to discover and put to use their inherent
strengths & talents in order to become successful,
contributing adults. By providing quality services and
stable housing we want to promote positive, healthy child
and adolescent development by resiliency, and respect for
self and others. Safe housing, counseling and referral, and
follow-up services are key to the success of every person we
serve.
